The San Diego Paranormal Research Society was founded in October of 2009.  We are comprised of dedicated, caring, passionate and professional researchers and investigators.  SDPRS is also an educational team where we teach the public about ghosts and hauntings as well as responsible paranormal research and investigation.  SDPRS investigates private residences, businesses and historical locales within San Diego County and throughout Southern California.  We will occasionally travel to other areas of California as well as out-of-state.  We are a diverse group of individuals who all share a passion for and desire to study the paranormal, which is reflected in how we carry out our investigations.

SDPRS MISSION STATEMENT

The San Diego Paranormal Research Society (SDPRS) is a fully insured non-profit paranormal investigation team based in San Diego, California.  SDPRS strives to authenticate evidence and document various types of paranormal phenomena through the use of audio, video, photographs and other specialized equipment utilized in the field of paranormal research.  We also teach the general public about ghosts and hauntings and paranormal investigation techniques and strategies.  SDPRS is comprised of dedicated and caring individuals who respect the field and our clients and strongly adhere to client confidentiality, privacy and  respect of property.  We have a passion and desire for this field, which is reflected in how we carry out our investigations.

SDPRS PRINCIPLES

  • Listen to clients’ concerns;
  • Approach each investigation with an open mind;
  • Treat every client with respect and dignity;
  • Keep all client and investigation information confidential;
  • Conduct each investigation professionally, ethically and morally;
  • Treat all entities and spirits respectfully;
  • Help clients understand their individual situation;
  • Educate the public on ghosts and hauntings, paranormal research and responsible investigation techniques;
  • Conduct research pertinent to investigation location;
  • Refer clients to specialized investigators when necessary;
  • Analyze all data collected thoroughly and in a timely manner;
  • Meet with clients to review collected data and possible paranormal evidence;
  • Recommend secondary investigation if warranted;
  • Treat the field of paranormal research with respect and dignity
